I went to Yoshiya Kitchen yesterday, and I will say, for a small restaurant to be so delicious is amazing! My partner and I ordered a beef bowl, chashu fried rice, and their popular chicken omelette rice. We also had free coffees while we waited for our food. Our server was attentive to our needs, made sure we enjoyed ourselves, and was very kind. I also appreciated the music they played; the soft lo-fi complemented the homey feel of Yoshiya. Lastly, the service was great as we got our food in under 10 minutes. Receiving my omelette rice was shocking as it looked identical to the many photos I saw of it! The sauce was perfectly tangy and sweet, with the egg being runny but also soft. The fried rice was also seasoned nicely. Their beef bowl was equally delicious, with the beef being tender and sweet. Their chashu fried rice was also delightfully smoky, with each bite being evenly distributed with pork and veggies. I am definitely coming back not only for the food but also for the great service and workers!
This place is sooooo good. I had a long day and wanted something that was comforting. This bowl of ramen checked all the boxes. I like heat so they packed a little spicy red sauce in a little cup that allowed me to add as much or as little as i wanted. It had half an egg a little baby bok choy lots of noodles and just the right amount of thinly sliced meat. I was thoroughly satisfied. I got mine togo and the staff did a terrific job packing it up. . Very friendly staff. It was my first visit and the nice person taking my order assisted me in making a great choice. I will be back soon. Highly recommend if you enjoy soup to give this place a shot.
Excellent service. Very relaxing atmosphere. The curry had a nice flavor. The chicken fried rice omelette was delicious. The presentation of the food was far beyond the price. It was as beautiful as a strip restaurant- not a strip mall restaurant. You can tell & taste that they take pride in their food. We'll be back to try the ramen & their desserts!
World class food, service, and ambiance! The servers are always so friendly and I had my food within a few minutes of ordering! Everything was fresh and delicious. Their gyosa with the crispy skirt is out of the world, especially when paired with the dumpling sauce. The omurice is exceptional and is always cooked to perfection. Just note that it's a lot of food! I had a delicious yuzu peach drink with it and needed to be rolled out by the end. Highly recommend this spot. Was in and out in about 30 minutes. Great stuff!
I've only been here twice so far but everything I've had is great! The omelette is a must-try if you can do eggs. I had the fried rice this time and it was also excellent.My companion had the katsu set and enjoyed that too. He liked the salad that comes with it a lot too. I have tried a couple different mochi ice creams and they're also delicious and delicate just as mochi should be.
We loved this place. Expectations were low as the ramen and Japanese places in NW Las Vegas are not really the greatest but we were happily surprised that this place is top notch. The char siu in the ramen is so good and flavorful, something extremely lacking in Vegas. I had it in the Miso Ramen and I was happy with this. We also had the Tonkatsu set and the Chicken Katsu Curry. The katsu here is excellent and some of the best we have had in Vegas. Will definitely return to try the other house specialties here. Server was attentive Food was good and decent price Beef udon 9/10 - I love how it was a soup. It came out scorching hot(temperature). I love my soup where it can almost burn my mouth! I wish there was mushroom or 1 veggie in it. Combination omelets - 8/10 very flavorful and delicious. I love the runny egg. Very large portion.
It's hard to find a solid Japanese place on this side of town. At others mentioned, this one is definitely a gem to be found in the Centennial area. Authentic Japanese food and a menu with wide variety. The ramen, fried rice with their house sauce, and curry are great. The whirled egg atop the fried rice is a good touch. I've brought several out of town guests here and all were delighted with the dishes they ordered.
